Code of Conduct
The standard we hold each other to.
Trust is the asset the whole network depends on. This is how we protect it.
Respect
Treat every member as a professional peer, regardless of career stage, sector, accent, background or seniority. Harassment, discrimination and intimidation have no place here.
Confidentiality
Roundtables, dinners and mentoring conversations are private by default. Do not repeat, publish or forward what is shared without permission.
Honest representation
Describe your role, experience and qualifications accurately. Do not claim to speak for Tamil Vortex unless authorised.
Responsible introductions
An introduction is a loan of someone else's credibility. Make them carefully, follow up properly and do not use the network for unsolicited selling.
Mentoring and young members
Mentors engaging with students and under-18s must follow our safeguarding requirements, keep contact within agreed channels and report concerns immediately.
Enforcement
Breaches may result in a warning, suspension of programme access or removal of membership. Concerns can be raised in confidence through the contact page.
