Stewardship
Tamil Vortex is stewarded by a founding team with an advisory group drawn from the Leadership Forum. Names are published only once appointments are confirmed in writing.
Membership standards
Membership is granted on merit and contribution. Members are expected to act with integrity, respect confidentiality and treat introductions as a responsibility rather than a transaction.
Verification
Professional details are verified before a member's profile is published. We do not publish names, titles, employers or photographs without written consent.
Conflicts of interest
Members who benefit commercially from an introduction, appointment or engagement are expected to declare it. Programme decisions are made independently of commercial relationships.
Non-partisan position
Tamil Vortex is professionally focused and non-partisan. Members are drawn from business, public service, academia, enterprise and public life; the organisation takes no political position and does not campaign.
Fair access and lawful hiring
Tamil Vortex improves access, preparedness, visibility and networks. Employers recruit on merit, through their own lawful hiring processes. We do not facilitate preferential hiring on the basis of ethnicity.
